• Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before the beginning of your treatment. You will need this time to fill out your consultancy card, to change your clothes and to prepare yourself for the treatment.
• If you are a guest at our hotel, please arrive at the spa lounge dressed in the hotel gown and slippers.
• For guests who are not staying at our hotel, we have prepared a dressing gown, slippers and a towel. You can collect them before the treatment at the main reception desk or at the MERA SPA reception desk. Our employees will inform you where to go to change your clothes and use a shower.
• All guests are encouraged to take a short shower before arriving for the treatment, in order to prepare the body for the rituals.
• We recommend you not to take any valuables or jewelry to the SPA. MERA SPA is not responsible for lost jewelry and other valuable objects. Please note that safety deposit boxes are provided at the hotel reception free of charge.
• Looking after the aura of relaxation and peace, we kindly ask you to turn off or mute your mobile phones before entering MERA SPA.
• In order to use the whole variety of treatments, you have to be at least 16 years old.
• Children older than 3 years old and teenagers can undergo special treatments at the written consent of their parents or caretakers.
• Please do not bring or consume alcohol shortly before or during your visit in the SPA as this is a health hazard and can cause injuries.

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Pool & Sauna Zone:
Daily 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM*

*On every second Tuesday of the month, the Pool & Sauna Zone opens at 12:00 PM.

PANORAMA Pool
Open from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

For non-hotel guests, entry is possible upon prior reservation at the MERA SPA reception.

We recommend booking treatments in advance to ensure you can enjoy them at the time most convenient for you. Please feel free to contact MERA SPA reception, where our specialists will be happy to help you select treatments best suited to your needs.

Remember our special Unlimited Relaxation offer:
When booking any treatment, you get the opportunity to enjoy all-day relaxation in the Pool & Sauna Zone for only 60 PLN on the day of your treatment.

Your comfort and care are our priorities, which is why we kindly ask you to inform the SPA receptionist at the time of booking about any health conditions, past surgeries or treatments, as well as allergies. Please also inform us if you are pregnant.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unexpected situations may require a change of plans. As SPA time is reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If this condition is not met, we will request payment of 50% of the reserved treatment cost.

HOME SPA
To prolong and enhance the effects of your care at MERA SPA, we offer the possibility to purchase products that allow you to continue your SPA therapy at home. A therapist’s recommendation regarding the best skincare routine and cosmetics for your skin’s needs is complimentary and an integral part of your MERA SPA experience.
